Returns & Exchanges Policy

Overview

At Your Success Story Co, each item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept general returns or exchanges. However, we stand behind the quality of our products and will make it right if there is an issue with your order.


Eligibility for Replacement or Refund

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if your item arrives:

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Defective or misprinted

  • Incorrect (wrong item received)

To be eligible, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery.


How to Request a Replacement or Refund

Please email us with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

Once reviewed, we will provide a resolution as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size or variation selected

  • Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout

  • Minor variations in color due to screen differences


Replacements

If your item qualifies, we will send a replacement at no additional cost to you. There is no need to return the original item.


Refunds

In certain cases, we may issue a refund instead of a replacement. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast production. Because of this:

  • Changes or cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of placing your order

  • After this window, we cannot guarantee changes can be made


Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. However, if your package appears lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
