All items are made to order just for you.

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days before shipping. During peak times (holidays, sales), processing may take slightly longer.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery time is:

Shipping Rates

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $4.99 on all orders within the United States.

Shipping rates are subject to change at any time without notice.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.


Delays & Carrier Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control.

If your package appears delayed or stuck in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible—we may be able to update it if the order has not yet entered production.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please check with your local carrier or neighbors first.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, but we will do our best to help you locate your order.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
